Returns & Right of Withdrawal

At Artifycanvas, we produce your order with great care and attention only after it has been placed. Since we work with a fixed selection of sizes, colors, and materials, you can make use of the legal right of withdrawal. Below you can read how our return policy works:

14-day cooling-off period

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.

Registering a return

Would you like to return your order? Please contact us via info@artifycanvas.com or through our contact form on the website. Clearly state your order number, name, and the products you wish to return. We will then send you the return instructions.

Conditions for returns

• If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may charge you for this reduction in value of the product. Therefore, handle the product with care and ensure it is well packaged when returned.

• Returns must always be sent in their original packaging to prevent damage during transport.

• Return costs are at your own expense, unless the product is damaged or delivered incorrectly.

• If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may charge you for this reduction in value of the product. Therefore, handle the product with care and ensure it is well packaged when returned.

• After receiving your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days.

Exception for custom-made products

Please note: Products that are entirely custom-made (e.g., with self-chosen dimensions, unique designs, or personal images) are not covered by the right of withdrawal and therefore cannot be returned.
